MANAGER IS A TITLE, LEADERSHIP IS A WAY OF LIFE (how to get the best out of ourselves and employees at every turn) – 4th November 2020
MANAGER IS A TITLE, LEADERSHIP IS A WAY OF LIFE
(how to get the best out of ourselves and employees)
Why are we always hearing about world leaders failing at every turn?
The problem is a lack of consistency, vision and their leadership style.
Creating, using, or having a leadership style, in itself is a recipe for disaster.
As leaders go, you couldn’t get more disparate figures than Gandhi, Mandela, Thatcher and Musk but they all have one thing in common. Their leadership ‘style’ wasn’t based on something they read in a book, saw on a video or discovered at a conference. It wasn’t, in fact, a style at all. It is who they are and the amplification of what they had to offer the world.
That’s the incredible untapped power you have that I’m going to help you discover and develop.
You’ll learn how to inspire others by merely walking into a room.
You will learn how to motivate your people to be like you, follow your vision and mirror your behaviour.
You will help them to become the best possible version of themselves, which in turn will maximise the benefits they deliver to you.
This session is about leadership without titles; it’s about learning how to programme the minds of those around you to ensure they see you as you need and want to be seen.
